    These are the bearings in my son's Kryptonics youth skates, but they have recently "stuck" so they are not spinning freely. I wanted to pop them out and lube them up, but I can't seem to get them out. Any suggestions?

      My suggestion would be to actual lube the bearings prior to trying to get them out and then use an allen wrench to pry them out. Feel free to use force to get the bearings out, as they do often get stuck in the wheels and you are not likely to do damage to them (if you do, it was time to replace those bearings anyway).
