These are my second blades and i must say they cannot be compared with the old ones. I'm recomending them for anybody. They're worth their price. :)

A:The brake comes mounted on the right boot but can be swapped by removing the rear axle and moving it to the left boot.

A:Absolutely, it is recommended you rotate position and sides of the wheels everyone on to two months, depending on how often you use the skates. If you skates a couple times a week with your Bladerunner Formula 82's, I would recommend rotating wheel position at once a month for optimal wheel life.
