I normally recommend basing sizing for the K2 Alexis Pad pack on weight. If you are between 80 and 115 lbs, go with Small, 120 to 145 lbs go with Medium, 150 to 185 lbs go with the Large and 185+ lbs go with an X Large.Answered on 12/24/2012 by Dru in CS from Royal Oak, MI
