Q: I am a 180-190 lbs male and use 10.5-11 sized shoes. Q1) What size of skates you recommend for me since shoe/skate sizes vary by model and manufacturer? Q2) If I buy this skates and upon receival they do not fit me, can I return them? At what cost? Q3) I live in Puerto Rico, part of the US and with similar shipping treatment to Alaska and Hawaii. Do you ship to Puerto Rico?

A:Inline skates are going to fit very similar to your standard shoe size. Since it sounds like you are between a 10.5 and 11 in shoes, I would suggest going with the size 11. If you were looking at high performance skates which are meant to fit fairly snug the 10.5 may be a better option but for recreational skates like the one here on this page, the size 11 would be best. We do return unused skates (try them on indoors first before skating) but you will have to pay return shipping. We do ship to Puerto Rico via the USPS at a rate of $29.99. When you add your address at checkout, this shipping method will load.

Q: I am a beginner skater (male, never skated, 39 yrs, 175 lb) and am deciding between the K2 Kinetic and the K2 Fit series. Is it obvious that I should get the K2 Kinetic? Or should I consider the K2 Fit?

Know the answer? Answer this question

A:Comparing this skate to the Kinetic is pretty much apples to apples. Both skates are going to offer an 80mm wheel, composite tec frame and a comfortable recreation style boot. For a beginner skater, these skates have all the necessary components to get you started safely and easily.

A:If you order a mens size skate as a women you should order a full size smaller. So with the mens K2 FIT 80's you would want to order a size 6.0.
