These skates feature UFS Compatibility which allows any frame to fit on these boots and allow the frames to take any beating you throw its way. They feature a Classic cuff which gives you the maximum amount of support that you desire and the Original Softboot makes the Fatty Pro a very comfortable boot that will have you spending more time in them. A speed controlling royal insert has been added into the K2 Fatty Pro and these skates are designed for the street/vert skaters who look for value as much as high performance.

K2 fatty pro 2014 black
Comments:
I use it mainly for street recreational. Its smooth on street pavements and can be very fast on more smooth surfaces. Only complain would be its a bit slow on crossovers because of the high cuff designed for more ankle support. Great skate for the seasoned pro or someone looking to get into aggressive skating at a fair price. Plus it looks great.

Q: I'm 21, 6'3" 260lbs I've been skating/playing hockey since I was 3 and I've been without an inline/roller skate for almost 3 years. I used to enjoy halfpipes when I wasn't playing hockey. With my size and experience how will this skate do for me. Will it endure, does it come with extra wheels? Can I purchase extra wheels? Thanks for the response. Also is the skate size the same as show size. Or is it like an ice skate where its 2 sizes smaller?

A: Based on your stats, I would actually recommend going with a slightly more advanced and durable model than the K2 Fatty Pro. The K2 Varsity of Rollerblade Solo Estilo would be solid choices and will hold up better for you over time. None of the above models will come with extra wheels, although extra wheels are available for purchase, and all of the above models outlined will fit best if sized true to your shoe size.

Q: I wear a size 10.5 shoe what size skate would that be or is it going to be the same

Know the answer? Answer this question

A: With all K2 skates, including the Fatty Pros, you will want to order true to your shoe size for optimal fit. If you have wider feet you may want to order a half size larger than your shoe size for a better fit, as the K2's run a bit on the narrower side.

Q: I have a wide foot and have difficulty finding comfortable fit in shoes / skates. Does this skate come in wide widths or will it accommodate a wide foot?

By : S.G.
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: All K2 models, including the Fatty Pro, tend to run narrower than normal widths. If you are looking for a skate that fits a bit wider than normal my recommendation would be to look at the Rollerblade brand.
