The skate is solid, fits well, and rides great. I was worried about the fit but ended up making the right choice. I usually take an 8 in loafers and an 8.5 in tie shoes, so I when with size 8 skate which fit perfectly. I am just getting back into skating--the Moto 84s will take me a long way from where I am now to getting back in shape.
Now, regarding service. The skates arrived quickly--no issues. A few days later, the price dropped. I emailed customer service and asked about the price protection. The same day they refunded the difference--I was impressed!
Needless to say, after this great experience, I ordered my pads from them also.

The skates are nice but the sizing seems large I wear a 10 1/2 shoe and ordered a size 11. it feels more like a size 12. Besides the sizing I would say it's a good skate.

I was looking for fitness roller blades in which I could comfortably spend 30-60 minutes each trip out. They're extremely comfortable and provide good ankle support. They also take little effort to maintain fast speeds. Plus, they just look cool. The only possible negative I can think of at this time is that I had to rotate the wheels after only five uses. It's possible that I'm overly cautious, but it appeared like the stock wheels may wear easily, so I'll be monitoring that. Overall though, "possible wear" is not enough to knock down the score - I love these blades and plan on using them a lot in the future.

Got these after my old K2 skates wore out- after many years of use. Larger wheel size than my old skates (78 vs 84) and upgraded bearings make these feel smooth and fast. Cuff feels more supportive yet flexible at the same time. No long term use yet but if they are anything like my previous skates, should enjoy them for many years.

I haven't played roller skates for 15yrs. Technology is advanced so much and price came down dramatically. Price for money, this K2 Moto 84 is the best that you can get (although it is a 2011 model). I highly recommand people who are looking for a comfortable recreation skate.
