The K2 VO2 Boa women's inline skates offer classic K2 comfort, support, and performance as well as great convenience for the fitness skating enthusiast looking for speed and ease of use.
Hidden behind the unique turquoise and white aesthetics lives some great skating technology. Starting with the inside of the skate, you get the Custom Fit Foam liner which uses your natural body heat from your feet to form the inside of the skate around your actual foot shape. A foot that fits so greatly inside a skate may start to sweat though, which is why the K2 VO2 Boa women's inline skates offer K2's Vortech Ventilation System. The Vortech Ventilation offers great breathability pulling out the stale unwanted interior air while bringing in fresh air. Maybe the best feature on the K2 VO2 Boa is the actual Boa closure system which offers a quick dial fit system. The Boa system allows for the skates to be taken off super easily and tightened to your exact specifications with ease.
The K2 VO2 Boa women's inline skates are your choice whether you are upgrading your current pair of fitness skates or just looking for a top notch pair to get back into it. Built for comfort and speed, there really isn't a whole lot the K2 VO2 Boa women's inline skates can't do.

After ordering the dark blue K2 VO2 with the speed lacing system not the Boa system in a half size too big, I ordered these ones instead in the proper size. I wasn't excited about the color (turquoise reminds me of hospitals, sorry!) but the comfort and fit of these made me want to take them outside immediately. This is what you need to know: I still say these skates run on the larger size, so it's safe to go with your smallest shoe size...they give you plenty of room for comfort. Also, you want it to be a snug fit but if you order up thinking you'll want a little space for your toes, they'll be too big. They give you the space you need...go with your smallest shoe size that you can actually wear...not squeeze your foot into...I can squeeze my foot into a 51/2 but I can walk longer in a 6 and I typically wear a 61/2 - 7 because I like a roomy sneaker and I can't stand my toes at the very edge of a sandal. I hope this helps with the sizing if you're having a hard time selecting. Ok, here's why you want the boa system: it will tighten and loosen better than you can with any other lacing system. That means when you put your foot in the skate, you can get equal pressure on all sides tightening when turning the dial. Also, being a soft boot, it's REALLY stabilizing to feel your foot as secure as can be. One more thing, I worried that the wheels might be huge or just too big for me (I'm 5'1.5") but they are super easy to handle and not too big at all and actually made riding over any large cracks in the road a total breeze! I mean, some of these cracks were 2" wide! So, if you're in the market for a new inline skate...this is the one!
I was looking for a really good brand of roller blades and coming from a background of professionally skating and owning K2s in the past, I wanted something that was fast and easy to maneuver. I really wanted a blade that I didnt have to "push" so hard to go 5ft, I wanted to be able to glide smoothly-long distances. THESE ARE AMAZING! I love them so much and they are SO fast- almost "too" fast! lol
I would highly recommend- but you do need experiencing in skating for these to be a good fit for you!
and the BOA system is amazing! I love it so quick and easy!
A:Absolutely, these are great skates for many different skaters. Just note these do have 90mm wheels which are fairly standard now but were not a couple years ago. I would recommend starting out on a flat surface and getting used to the skates. You'll love the comfortable K2 softboot especially with the ease of the BOA closure system. This is a great skate to start skating with again!
