Size Chart Reviewers rated this product True to size

The K2 X-Trainer inline skate wrist guard is not only a high performance piece of protective gear but this inline skate wrist guard is comfortable thanks to CoolMax a moisture wicking fabric. Add in a long elastic strap and reflective panels the XT Wrist Guard is going to come in handy.

Q: How do you determine your size?

Know the answer? Answer this question
A:If you click on the size chart found beneath the sizes listed on the page there is a section for sizing wrist guards that provides a hand circumference relative to the guard size. I personally don't use the chart myself and have always had great luck simply purchasing a wrist guard in the same size I would purchase a pair of gloves.

Q: Is this a set of right and left or is it just one guard? Please excuse the obvious beginner level of my question. Thank you.

Know the answer? Answer this question
A:Wrist guards, and all other inline skating pads, are going to be sold in sets. With the K2 X-Trainer wrist guards you will receive a left and right which will be formed specifically for the right and left hand, and will have indication on the guards of which is which.
