Purchasing | Placing An Order



Once you have completed your shopping, click on the "Checkout" button to place your order. Each item you chose will appear in your shopping bag during your checkout. You may edit or remove items from your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout. You will be asked to provide the following things at checkout:

 

  • Your e-mail address and password, for security purposes.
  • Your credit card billing address.
  • Your shipping address
  • Your preferred shipping method
  • Any promotional codes or Gift Certificates you have received.
  • Your credit card type, number, cvv code and expiration date.

 

 

Changing An Order

 


Your order information will be provided to you in the "Place Order" page and you will be given the opportunity to mast any changes for the last time before checking out. In order for your order to be placed and your credit card to be charged, you must click on the "Submit Order" button.


 

Confirming An Order

 


Once you have entered your credit card information and checked over your order, click the "submit" button and then a confirmation page will give you a confirmation number. We will also send you a confirmation e-mail within 1-2 days verifying that your order has been received. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another confirmation e-mail that confirms that your order has been shipped and that your credit card has been charged.

Canceling An Order

 


Please call (888) 271-7500 as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change an order and we would be happy to help you. Please keep in mind we try to process and ship items as soon as possible for better customer satisfaction and therefore if your order has been shipped we cannot change or cancel it, you must return it via our return process.

 

Please note: You may no longer receive a discount or promotion if you cancel or change an item that qualified you for that promotion.
