Return Policy


New Returns: Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means you can exchange or return any new and unused item in the condition it was received for up to 1 year, hassle-free. New items that are returned will receive a refund. New items will need to be returned in their original manufacturers packaging along with tags intact.

 

Used Returns: We also allow you to return a used product for store credit, as long as it is within 90 days of purchase. Used items do not include those with excess wear and tear or damage from improper use.

 

All returns are processed for the original price of the purchase plus tax; the original shipping charge is not refunded. The processing time for a return is 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) upon receiving of your item(s).

 

Return Shipping

As soon as you know you are not satisfied with your purchase, follow these three simple steps to complete your return.

 

Step 1: Ensure all returns include the original manufacturer’s packaging and tags.

 

Step 2: Complete the Returns Form included with your shipment and indicate the reason for your return. Then locate the pre-paid, self-addressed label on the bottom of the Returns Form and attach it to the outside of the package.

 

Step 3: Mail your return back in its original packaging. Please make sure the package is well protected. You can drop your return off at any FedEx location or FedEx box.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. There are two options:

 

  1. Those who use the provided pre-paid return label will have $10 deducted from the credit associated with your return. Note we do not cover the cost of return shipping for any reason from addresses outside of the US.
  2. Use any carrier of your choice and return to:

Exchanges

 

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or model, simply go to the site and place an order for the new item/size you wish to receive. You can then return the original item for a refund. Please note all returns will be processed for a refund or store credit, and to receive your new product you will need to place the new order either through the site or through our Customer Care team.

 

Editing a Placed Order

 

If you need to edit an order that you've already placed, please contact Customer Service as soon after placing your order as possible. Once an order is transmitted to one of our distribution centers for shipment, the order cannot be edited or cancelled.
