I purchased these for my 8 year old grand daughter for Christmas and they were a big hit. What I really like is the adjustable size. She really liked the style/color. I don't know about the durability since she just got them.

Purchased for granaddaughter. She has used the skates and is very pleased. I have writtenn her commendation for her choice in a skate at modest cost which had a metal track, good bearings, and expandable sizing to help her use them longer as she grows larger feet. That these skates used a lot of the color pink endeared them to my granddaughter.
Unfortunately, her present size leaves only one larger size available before she grows out of this skate.
