These pads fit well, most regular sizes were too big for me (woman, 110 lb). I got the women's small. The knee and wrist pads are great, the elbow pads are a little tight and I have small arms. The color happened to match my skates perfectly, light blue and gray. All pads are a little aggravating to get on, these are not any worse.

Wonderful products with easy nice carry case too. I skate daily and love these. They are not bulky, are light weight,stay cool, wick moisture away, easily adjustable, and have a micro ban, so it protects your gear from bad bacteria and keeps them from smelling. :)
