Rollerblade Spark 84 Womens Inline Skates
$7.95 UPS Ground Shipping - Limited Time Special
Visually pleasing with asymmetrical lacing, the Rollerblade Spark 84 provides a unique fit option that sculpts to the natural and organic form of the foot, which paired with the soft, breathable liner and tongue enhances the comfort of the skate on the foot. This modified fit displaces pressure and reduces flex, while Lo-Balance Magnesium frame is lighter and stronger and reduces vibration. Couple that with the 84mm wheels and you will have a soft, smooth ride that will have you wanting to skate for hours. The All New Double Wrap with Asymmetrical lacing covers a wider area of the instep to enhance medial and lateral support. The Spark 84 is also comfortable, stable and maneuverable, everything an active skater wants. Once you put the Spark 84's on you will never want to take them off.

Comments about Rollerblade Spark 84 Womens Inline Skates:
Really nice skate, but I would like to stress that the wheels are fast. They are very smooth, but perhaps faster than what I am used to. Which brings me to my next point...please consider buying & wearing protective gear. Unfortunately, the first day I was trying out my new skates, I fell on my elbow and broke my arm. Will always wear protective gear in the future.

Comments about Rollerblade Spark 84 Womens Inline Skates:
Love the skates they fit great, I purchased a size 10. I do have narrow feet for a size 10, and a lot of shoes/skate/ski boots run wider for a size 10 but these fit me great! Looked really cute, I wanted something pretty and the pictures didn't even do them justice. I would suggest getting wrist guards, I ended up fracturing my wrist 2nd time out, but they ride really smooth.

Comments about Rollerblade Spark 84 Womens Inline Skates:
This was a present to my daughter for her 13trh b-day. She tried them out right away. They fit well, gave her support, weren't too fast so she gained confidence in using them quickly. All in all I think it was a good match for a beginner skater. I think she will enjoy these for quite awhile.

Comments about Rollerblade Spark 84 Womens Inline Skates:
I'm 21 and haven't been on blades in a few years, but was looking to get back into recreational blading for fun and hopefully some cardio, and I decided to order these because of all the great reviews, how cute they are, the larger wheel size and high grade bearings. I am a size 8 (with a foot a tiny bit wider than normal) and ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly with a little wiggle room to spare once I got my foot to sit back in the boot. I wouldn't order any smaller than your shoe size, they are very true to size, if anything, order up a 1/2 if you're worried.
Fantastic support around the ankle, very comfortable, a smooth ride even on bumpy pavement, and WOW are they fast. I wouldn't recommend these to a beginner learning how to skate, because as a fairly experienced skater, I'm still going to be practicing my stops from high speeds for a while. lol A+ on these, they are worth the money.
Service and delivery comments:
I chose the free economy shipping which stated I think 8-14 days, and I received these in exactly 7 days with no delay, so I was very pleased. The outside box took a little bit of a beating it looks like, but the actual blade box inside was just fine. No complaints!

Comments about Rollerblade Spark 84 Womens Inline Skates:
I'm a long time skater and was looking to replace my rollerblades I had bought 15 years ago. These were cute, easy to take on and off, and offer a lot of support. They really feel like they just hug my ankle, which I need because of an injury.
I'm not used to the larger wheel diameter but I'm coming along, I didn't expect it to make that big a difference but it sure does. My only con was the brake was hard to remove, I ended up just braking it off. All in all, I love them and already have quite a few miles on them!

Comments about Rollerblade Spark 84 Womens Inline Skates:
For a begginer like me, the skates are a little fast. It requires a lot of confidence and a good fitness level. The skates are great, just be sure you are ready for them or you want the challenge, not so easy as we may think. Anyway it feels light and I don't have any disconfort while and after using them. Would recommend for sure! :)

They are great. I was worried about the size but they broke in perfectly. They look great and feel great to have size that fits. I am a distance skate and amature roller dancer. They have great balance and just an easy ride. Love them.

Comments about Rollerblade Spark 84 Womens Inline Skates:
I bought these almost a year ago, and skate 20-40 miles a week in them. So they're definitely usable, but I always get blisters and now just put band-aids on pre-emptively, BEFORE I go skating. And have now gone through a shocking amount of band-aids. These aren't bad skates at all, but I can't help thinking that some super-cheap skates I bought about 15 years ago never gave me any blisters :(

Q:
In order to apply the brake, is it necessary with this model to lift one's toes or the front of the foot? I have had skates in the past that the brake would engage upon moving the right foot forward, and it wasn't necessary to lift the toes to engage it. The brake had a dial to lower it after it wore down.Asked on 1/23/2013 by Amelia from Hollywood, Florida1 answer
A:
With the Rollerblade Spark 84 you will indeed need to lift the front part of your skate to lower the brake and stop. The type of braking system you outlined above is known as an ABT brake and can be found solely on the Bladerunner Performa ABT currently.Answered on 1/24/2013 by Dru in CS from Royal Oak, MI
