I purchased the RollerBlade Tempest 125 about a month ago and I've skated on them 6 different times. The longest trip was 18 miles. The blades were very fast, the wheels have little wear, and the boot is really comfortable. Good quality...Read More

Q: What is the sizing like on these skates? Small, large, wide narrow?
Asked : May 30, 2017

Know the answer? Answer this question
A:These skates are going to run about the same size as your everyday athletic shoes. The softboot design will allow for a good general medium fit allowing for fit around many foot shapes.

Q: I prefer to blade on flat black top trail type surfaces and about 10 miles for a workout. Would this type of inline skate be recommended?

Know the answer? Answer this question
A:These would work perfectly well for that type of skating. Keep in mind that the larger wheels will keep you from working as hard to reach a higher speed so if you are looking for a harder workout a skate with a smaller wheel will require more work. This is still a solid skate for working out but wanted to mention that.

Q: Would this be something I'ld want to use for riding just about everywhere like for transportation and maybe light bowl riding or are they just for racing? I like to ride everywhere, from the skate bowl to anywhere you would walk or ride a bike, and I like to do it fast for long distances and durations. About 15 miles and anywhere from 2 to 5 hours and I ride almost daily. Do you recommend these for what I do?

Know the answer? Answer this question
A:Sure, you could use this skate as transportation but the boot is fairly stiff so for longer skates it could get a bit uncomfortable . As far as bowl riding, I probably wouldn't choose these skates unless I was trying to prove that it could be done. From what you are describing you will be much better off with an urban style skate. Urban skates are best for city transportation, cruising as well as light park riding. Urbans aren't as slow as aggressive skates but still offer great support and protection while still allowing for use in and out of the park.
