Talk about fast delivery, only 2 days and I had them on my feet. Like the website says they are a great fit. I was worried about ordering online but I'm a happy girl. Ordering my husbands tonight.

Displaying questions 1-9
Q: I want a low boot for dancing & speed. Can the wheels be rockered? Like I mean within the frame; slide outer wheels up within frame without having to buy smaller wheels? Do you think the Tempest 90 or 100 is best for dancing? The 90 has the wheels more directly under the boot for spinning and pivoting. Are the bearing casings closed or open? Most importantly, which boot is lowest cut especially in back? Do you have a specific women's skate for dancing? Prefer Rollerblade brand from experience. Thanks so much, Robin, ("Born on Wheels") Advanced speed & rollerdancer PS: Where are you located?

A:Robin, we are located in Michigan. The type of skating you want to do really lends itself to different types of skates for each. For dance you would be best off with a shorter wheelbase and stiffer more supportive boot like an urban skate like the twister 80. The smaller wheels and shorter frame will make it easier to do maneuvers and the stiffer boot will protect your ankles. For speed the Tempest 90 and the K2 VO2 90 Boa would be solid choices. Neither can be rockered unfortunately and both offer a fairly high cuff but this is normal and necessary on these type of skates. I totally understand if it's not possible financially to spring for 2 pair of skates, and a good in between would be the Rollerblade Maxxum 84. Hope this helps!

Q: What is the country of origin? I have been skating in my really old SPIN rollerblades that are made in Italy and was considering buying something similar. Thank you!

Q: If I feel the wheels are a bit too large and want to change them out can I purchase a new frame and smaller wheels while keeping the boot? Won't just be skating straight aways in these..

Know the answer? Answer this question
A:You can go down in the size of the wheels with no issue. You will not need to replace the frame, and can simply swap out the wheels with a smaller sized wheel.
