Beautiful skates
Comments:
These skates are beautiful, fast, smooth, and very supportive. They do, however, take a while to break in which is the stage I'm in now. I use them on average twice a week for about 5 hours each time at an indoor rink. I love these skates more than I can possibly say. My only issue with them is the amount of time it takes to break them in properly and how uncomfortable they can be in the meantime.

Awesome skates!
Comments:
Great skates. Very comfortable. I am a size 8 in shoes, but ordered a half size up as many reviews said they come in small--I'm glad I did as the 8 12 fit perfect.

I love these skates
Comments:
I haven't rollerbladed since I was a child. I'm 21 now and the first time I went to this rollerskating rink I tried on these rollerblades and I haven't stopped skating since. I had to order these especially because I'm beginner. I would suggest these skates for woman who want to start being more active, rollerblading is much like jogging but less impact on your back and knees, remember to stretch before any type of workout as well! But these skates are very smooth, the wheels are amazingly smooth and riding these skates have been a blast for me, indoor and outdoor, I don't suggest beg ginners to start outdoor especially without a brake on the skates, please please attach the brake that comes with these skates and good luck, they are really beautiful skates and smooth riding skates! I love listening to my music and cruising on these skates

Great blades and well worth the money
Comments:
LOVE these blades. I use them for urban skating where the streets are rough. The wheels don't wear easily, which was a huge issue for me with other blades, and they are fast and extremely maneuverable.

These blades do RUN SMALL. I would recommend buying 1.5 size bigger than you actually are, and then wearing a slightly thicker sock than usual. I am a 9, and according to other reviews I ordered a 9.5, which was still much too small. I gave the 9.5 to my friend who wears a size 7 shoe and she says they fit perfectly. I reordered a size 10, which works fine, but I definitely would have gone with a 10.5 if I had to re-order.

The blades DO have break in process. I found them tight around the back end of my ankle and they did take a while to break in, but given their lifespan, it seems to be well worth it.

The blades are very fast, so I would not recommend them for beginners. They also do not come with the brake attached, so if you are a skater who still relies on that, these are not the skates for you.

Overall, you can't argue with the black design, which I find more attractive than the Twister 80 W 2014 (which has white wheels).

These blades are worth the money for someone who blades a lot, especially on streets or in urban areas where you need to weave in and out of things.

Lots of fun!
Comments:
I use these to skate around my college campus with my friend (he rides his bike) and around my neighborhood. These skates are fast, fun to use, easy to put on and adjust, and suitably compact. They came with a brake, but I haven't attached it and find I can stop well enough by weaving. I wear a size 8.5-9 shoe and got a size 9 and they fit perfectly with socks. I can't think of anything I don't like about these skates.

Q: How long do these rollerblades take to break in? Mine are slightly uncomfortable right now (I've only skated on them once for a period of about two and a half hours) and I'm not sure if that means I need to go up a size or if they just aren't broken in properly. They're supposed to be tight around the top right?
Asked : May 14, 2014
By : Devon, United States
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: Breaking in skates can take anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks, depending on how often you are out on them. With a hard molded shell like that on the Rollerblade Twister 80 skates, these will take a bit of extra time to break in as they do not have as much give as a soft boot model.

Q: I'm trying to decide between these and the K2 alexis 84 BOAs to do basic tricks in. Which would be better?
Asked : May 12, 2014
By : Danielle, Tx
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: The K2 Alexis 84 BOA's are a recreational skate and not designed for performing tricks in. The Rollerblade Twister 80 womens skates, being an Urban model, are designed to be more versatile and will be a much better option for performing a range or tricks and jumps in.

Q: How true to size is it? I wear a size 7.5, what size should I get?
Asked : Feb 26, 2014
By : kurt, United States
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: The Rollerblade Twister 80 skates are sized very true to shoe, although they do fit a bit on the tighter side due to the molded outer boot. I would recommend staying true to shoe size unless she has a wider foot, in which case you should go to an 8.0.
