I just started skating a week ago with the Zetrablades so I don't have any reference to other kinds, but these seem great. They fit perfect (normal shoe size is about 10.5 but the size 10 in the Z blades is perfect) and they are comfortabl...Read More

Q: the size just says 12.0. I'm a size 12 in the UK but I'm wondering if the site means a size 12 in US or UK. if it is 12 US it will be too small. Please specify what size and country in brackets. for example: Size 12 (UK) Thanks

A:Apologies for the confusion, this skate and all skates on inlineskates.com are sized in US sizing.

Q: My boyfriend recently purchased a pair of Rollerblade Men's Zetrablade Fitness Inline Skates but I am not positive the year, he bought them from Sports Authority. The wheel came unattached so you can choose which foot to put it on which is great but the instructions are absolutely no help! They are all pictures and not very clear ones as to what you should be doing! I have tried searching on the internet but nothing is coming up on how to attache the brake. Please help so that we can go roller blading together. Thank you!

A:The brake is able to be removed and then swapped but you have to mirror the setup of the right skate. The brake system will have a designated area that the top portion will slide into between the frame and the skate boot. You must also be sure to use the axle from the right skate where the brake used to be on the left skate now, this axle is longer to accommodate the brake. It's difficult to pinpoint exactly how your brake changes without the skate in front of me, but the above should work on nearly all Rollerblade skate models. I did find an online site with some description, the skate may not be the same but the general idea is there. If you are still having issues give us a call 888-271-7500 http://getrolling.com/blog/2010/05/brakeswap/

Q: Hi, on my skates, there was a little peeling near the hub of the wheel. Will this damage my wheels if i removed it?

A:As long as this is only the sticker or graphic of the wheel you should have no issue. If it's the actual piece of the wheel itself you will want to get into a new set of wheels.

Q: Hi, my hubby is a US 7.5 in some shoes and a US size 7 in others. Would you recommend I buy him a size 7 or 8? I'm thinking of buying the Zetrablade inline skates 2016. He can barely stay up in skates and I just want him to be able to skate along with the kids on a bike track. Definitely a beginner but I expect that he will love it and want to go fast when he can. Would these be the right skates for him? thanks, Philippa

A:It's truly hard to answer the sizing question as skates fit similar to your everyday shoe size. A size 7 would most likely end up breaking in and fitting properly but may feel a bit tight at first, especially for a beginner that doesn't know how a skate is really supposed to fit. Skates are supposed to fit tight, toes touching the front but not curled. My recommendation would be the 7 but you could always go with both and return the one that doesn't fit (just don't skate in them, and try them on indoors). These are great skates for a beginner skater, and will perform well without being too much skate for a beginner skater.
