The Seba FR1 Inline Skates are an excellent choice for the freeride skater who makes the city their skating playground. If you're looking for that perfect blend of comfort and performance sprinkled with ease-of-entry and style then these FR1 skates are for you.

With 80mm wheels with a Titalium Freeride Bearing - similar to an ABEC 9 - you'll stay speedy on a fast and strong bearing that you can perform some tricks on without worrying about busting a bearing. The Street Invader Wheels are grippy and long lasting making them an excellent freeride wheel. To lock you in securely, you'll have the Double Strap and a FK Aluminum Top Buckle for great heel hold and stability. The R1 Frames are made with extruded aluminum giving your skates strength, stiffness and amazing energy transfer.

When it comes to total performance and powering through the mean city streets, make sure you have the Seba FR1 80 Inline Skates on your feet.

Q: Hey Inline Skates, I have always skated (25+ years) on rockered frames (the original RB Lightning) with 70 mm wheels and ABEC 9's. Will FR1 80's be as maneuverable? How do they compare to RB Twister 80? Are there any high-end skates with rockered frames? What wheel set-up (flat v. rockered) do most competitive inline slalom skaters use? I'm thinking I may get smaller wheels to rocker the set-up, but looking for advice as I move into a modern higher performance skate. Thanks!

Know the answer? Answer this question
A:Unfortunately many skates are not able to be rockered like they used to be and these skates are not able to be rockered. These Seba skates would be great for slalom inline skating as they have a short frame. Many slalom skaters will use urban skates as they offer great protection with the hard boot and the shorter frame gives ample control. Without breaking the bank, urban skates are the way to go for slalom skating. Seba does make a slalom specific skate but they are much pricier than the urban skates. We don't stock these skates but can special order them, contact customer service if you have questions on pricing and ordering.

Q: Can these shoes be used for free style slalom skating.

Know the answer? Answer this question
A:These seem like the perfect skates for that type of skating. Urban skates like these have a shortened wheelbase making them easier to maneuver which will make them excel at slalom style inline skating.
