Balloon Robot was created as part of Triple 8's groundbreaking 'Design or Die' open design challenge. Triple 8 enlisted a community of creatives from around the world to design, collaborate and vote on designs. Of the more than 170 entries, Balloon Robot, designed by Llereni Medina of Chicago, IL, emerged as a favorite. So Triple 8 decided to produce it and kick back a portion of the proceeds to this up and coming designer. Balloon Robot is available in Black and Light, both in Triple 8's Rubberized finish with their Sweatsaver Liner.
