These work great as wrist protection and as slide protection on asphalt. You can wear them as wrist supports with the hard plastic and they work great. I prefer to remove the plastic which just slides out and use them to save me from sliding my palms across the pavement. Fit great and protec great but they are a bit warm on hotter days.
