Q: My son is a beginner and wears a size 1 shoe. I notice you answered in another question that a size 4 could do the next size up without issue. Does the same apply at the lower size? Could my son likely do a 2-4?

Know the answer? Answer this question

A: Yeah, that would be ok. It wouldn't make too much sense to buy the 12-1 and have no growing room. The size 2-4 sized all the down to the 2 will offer enough support in the design of the skate so that if there is a little extra room it will not be detrimental to the skating experience.

Q: My son is 7 and wears a size 3 shoe, he has slightly wider feet, what size in this skate would be proper for him?
Asked : Dec 05, 2017
By : smammy, columbus ohio
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: With this skate you'd be best going with the 2-4 but that wouldn't leave much for growing room. Going with a skate like the K2 Raider would be a better choice as it is offered in a size 4-8 so you could start at the size 4 in that skate and have a lot of growing room. As for the width there are currently no wide inline skates but skates tend to break in around the users foot and most offer a mid-wide feel in the kids realm so going with the size 4 in the adjustable should give a good feel. In more extreme cases for wide feet you can add a heel lift to alleviate some of the side to side pressure.

Q: My grandson is 5 years old and a size 10.5 shoe. What size in line skates would he be able to use.
Asked : May 26, 2017
By : Connie, Indian Trail, NC
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: The smallest size these are currently available in is a 12-1 which is a little too big for your grandson. Although the 12-1 sized all the way down would most likely work fine you could also go with something like the K2 Raider which is offered in a size 11-2 so you could have that additional size of 11 which would be the proper size to start your grandson out on if his shoe size is 10.5

Q: Hi I'm trying to get my son some skates he's a size 4 but I don't want him to grow out of them to quick what size do you recommend.
Asked : Apr 07, 2017
By : Hokymom, Butte my
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: With a size 4 you can do the size 5-8 without issue. Starting at the size 5 will not be so big that it will be an issue since these skates offer a healthy amount of padding. This will give you a great amount of growing room in the skates.

Q: 5 year old boy wears a Canadian size 12 shoe. Would I purchase an adjustable inline skate going from 12-1? Does this mean the skate can adjust 3 sizes going from a kids size 12 to 13 and then finally size 1?
Asked : Oct 11, 2016
By : Hank, Rockland, Ontario
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: You are exactly right, you would want to go with the size 12-1 and with that you will be able to adjust the full 3 sizes, 12 - 13 - and then to 1.

Q: Hello. My 12 yr old Son's shoe size is 7.5 (uk size). Do you recommend to get this adjustable skates in 5-8 size or just go for 5th elements Men's inline skates at size 8? Thank You.
Asked : Aug 31, 2016
By : Rags, USA
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: Since you're going to be maxed out on the adjustable skate I would just go with the adult skate. For the extra couple bucks going to the adult skate you get a larger wheel and a smoother bearing.
