Get everything you need to get your kids skating all in one place with the K2 Marlee Pro Girl's Inline Skate Pack. This combo skate deal comes with wrist, elbow and knee pads for total protection. These adjustable skates move up five sizes so that as your child's foot grow, you can increase the size to keep up. What's great about this is they can easily be handed down to younger siblings too who won't mind wearing used skates because they look great and are built to help them become awesome skaters. The Stability Plus Cuff offers lots of support and the Speed Lacing will have them locked in and ready to cruise in no time. A simple pull of the lace gets them the ideal fit and feel. If adjustments need to be made while skating, they are quick and easy to do. Built with the F.B.I. Frame, the skate absorbs road vibrations and makes it easier for young skaters to get acclimated to skating. The pad pack will keep your little one protected should they fall too; each pad is anatomically designed with anti-abrasion material and shock absorbing gel inserts.

Q: I have three daughters age 4 (size 9 shoe), age 7 (size Y1 shoe), and age 9 (size Y4 or women's 6 shoe). What type of blades would be best for them just starting out? I am wondering on size ranges--if I go with the size where they are at the top of the range or bottom of the range? I wear a size women's 7 and my 7 & 9 yr old tried out my blades and loved them so are asking for their own but I have never used adjustable blades before so I'm not sure what to order.

A: I would suggest adjustable skates for all of your girls because these skates will grow as they grow, until they grow out of them. These are great beginner skates too. For your oldest daughter, since she is on the small end of the range for women's sizes, she will likely grow out of them quickly. With the adjustable size she will at least be able to wear them a few years before upgrading to more advanced women's skates. Hope that helps!
