Q: How do these skates take going through gravel, over railroad tracks, and up and down hills? I usually skate on a levee and encounter this.
Asked : Mar 29, 2015
By : phosaglot, New Orleans, LA
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: No skates are really designed for gravel and such, but when shopping you can take into consideration the wheel size to know how the skates will handle adverse terrain. The larger the wheel the easier it will roll over poor terrain, and the easier time it will have to go over debris such as sticks and gravel. These skates will do fine on hills, just keep in mind the larger wheels can get up to higher speeds if you let them!
