The X-Training line from K2 is for the skater that wants it all: performance, comfort, fit, big wheels and maximum support. The K2 V02 90 Pro inline skates have all of that and more. The Vortech Ventilation System is a three-part system that channels air through the base, footbed, and upper to keep your feet happy and dry. They are made with the Original K2 Softboot to provide you with the best and most comfortable fit. With the K2 Speed Lacing System you can get a comfortable and secure fit, quick and easy. They feature the V02.2 Frame which is a extremely lightweight aluminum frame that has 90mm. It is fast and stable and the best in the K2 X-Training line. They also feature the ILQ 9 bearings which will help you generate some amazingly fast speed.

I skate instead of biking or running. These skates are perfect for someone who skates 30 to 50 miles a week. They are very comfortable and fast. The wheel size is great for soaking up small rocks and quick turning. Easy to put on and ta...Read More

Wheel size is important, but bearings are king. The ILQ9's roll really well. Cheap bearings give me a back ache (at 55 that's important). Boot is very comfortable. Size was right on the money. If you have bought cheap skates in the past...Read More

Q: I am wondering if these particular skates run small or large compared to your basic running shoe? If I wear a 11.5, should I order that same size in the blade? I know you don't want your foot to move around too much, but I want to make sure these fit the way I need them to!

A: The K2 V02 90 Pro skates will run true to shoe size, and you will want to order as true to your running/tennis shoe size as possible.

Q: I have a slightly wider foot than normal and most skates plain old hurt to wear for more than 5 min. If I wear a 10.5 US would buying an 11 help this problem? Is there anything else I can do other than buy a half size larger? Thank you.

Know the answer? Answer this question

A: Unfortunately going up in size will not make the skates fit wider. Your best bet with a model like the K2 V02 90 Pro's will be to give the skates time to break in fully and expand to accommodate wider feet.

Q: Is there an extra axle included in the box for removing the brake?

Know the answer? Answer this question

A: Typically none of the K2 skates, including the V02 Pro, will come with a replacement axle for removing the brake as a safety precaution. We do have replacement brakes available however we can send to you on your order.

Q: No category for this question -- I have a lateral weakness in my left ankle, so am shopping for optimal ankle support. In general, I believe a taller boot would be best. Would you recommend I shop VO2 or Stability Plus style skates?
Asked : Feb 02, 2014
By : Ken, Portland, OR
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: The K2 V02 90 Pro skates will provide plenty of ankle support, and will be a solid model for use even with extra support needed.
