These skates are beautiful, fast, smooth, and very supportive. They do, however, take a while to break in which is the stage I'm in now. I use them on average twice a week for about 5 hours each time at an indoor rink. I love these skates m...Read More

Great skates. Very comfortable. I am a size 8 in shoes, but ordered a half size up as many reviews said they come in small--I'm glad I did as the 8 1/2 fit perfect.

A: When you are looking at an item with the 360 degree spin, it means that you can click on the picture and slide the cursor over each way to see the entire item, front, back, and sides.

Q: How long do these rollerblades take to break in? Mine are slightly uncomfortable right now (I've only skated on them once for a period of about two and a half hours) and I'm not sure if that means I need to go up a size or if they just aren't broken in properly. They're supposed to be tight around the top right?

Know the answer? Answer this question

A: Breaking in skates can take anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks, depending on how often you are out on them. With a hard molded shell like that on the Rollerblade Twister 80 skates, these will take a bit of extra time to break in as they do not have as much give as a soft boot model.

Q: I'm trying to decide between these and the K2 alexis 84 BOAs to do basic tricks in. Which would be better?
Asked : May 12, 2014
By : Danielle, Tx
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: The K2 Alexis 84 BOA's are a recreational skate and not designed for performing tricks in. The Rollerblade Twister 80 womens skates, being an Urban model, are designed to be more versatile and will be a much better option for performing a range or tricks and jumps in.

Q: How true to size is it? I wear a size 7.5, what size should I get?
Asked : Feb 26, 2014
By : kurt, United States
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: The Rollerblade Twister 80 skates are sized very true to shoe, although they do fit a bit on the tighter side due to the molded outer boot. I would recommend staying true to shoe size unless she has a wider foot, in which case you should go to an 8.0.
