So after reading comments and questions I ordered my pair from Amazon which was the same shipper. When they arrived, I was positively amazed at how great they looked. When i tried them on they were way to tight. I returned them. I went back on Amazon and they were not available. So i went on the website directly and it said it wouldn't be in stock until about 2 1/2 weeks. I said whatever and ordered them. I was completely surprised when in 2 days I received an email that my item was being shipped and I received the skates about 3-4 days later. Impressed with the communication and shipping speed. Have not tried them to skate yet, but i did try them on and they fit perfect. I am normally a size 8.5 in shoes and got these in a size 9.Hide

Ordered these for my daughter. There was a bit of a shipping delay because they were back ordered but customer service kept us in the loop via email. I did call and spoke with a very friendly and helpful customer service person. The blades arrived and were an instant hit. They fit true to size and the boot itself is very comfortable. My daughter loves them goes for hours at a time. After steady use for the past month there seams to be no real wear and tear, the wheels are holding up excellent and the boot remains just as comfortable.Hide
A: Depending on the type of skating you'll be doing and fit you prefer, you could go with an 8 or an 8.5 . Usually skates are sized off your regular shoe size but on the more athletic side. If you are using these for fitness and want a snug, athletic fit then I would go with the 8. If you are more geared for recreational cruising then go up a half size.
A: We currently don't have an exact timeframe for when skates are coming in but we are working hard with the manufacturers to get stock as soon as possible. For updates please sign up for emails by adding your email to the email sign up at the bottom of the site.
A: The smallest size we sold was a Women's Size US 6. It's possible Rollerblade makes a smaller size if needed, however, it looks like we are currently sold out of any size not listed above as available.
A: All the skates I have ever serviced have been able to have the brake swapped as the skates are the same from one to the other. Will need to remove the apparatus completely and use the longer screw on the boot that will be receiving the brake.
A: Yes the brake can be removed. There should be a shorter spare axle in the box for when you remove the brake. If this is missing please email our Customer Care team and they will get one sent out to you.

Q: Hi, lm Giannina. I just measured my feet and they are 22.5 cm. Do you think would it be convenient to buy 6 size? According to the scale it wouldn't be convenient but l wa t to know your opinion please help me.
A: Sizing a half size up would be fine if she's still growing. If she's done growing you could go with the actual size 6.5 which is available in the K2 Kinetic 80 which is a similar skate to the Zetrablade.
