The K2 Kinetic 78 inline skate is the introductory skate in K2's line up which makes them a great pair of skates for first timers or beginner to intermediate skaters looking for a great deal. The comfort of K2's original Softboot technology might just fit better than your favorite pair of sneakers which will give you hours of skating enjoyment. Inside the boot is an antimicrobial footbed to keep you feeling fresh when skating. You will also find an arch support in the boot which provides balance and support while skating. To add the pushing off support skaters need K2 uses their Stability Plus Cuff which offers great power transfer when you push off while also offering great ankle support. The K2 Kinetic 78 inline skates are absolutely fantastic skates offering technology to take your skating to the next level while not breaking the bank.

They fit perfectly and felt good for the short time that I was on my feet, but if you're over 50 and haven't tried rollerblading my suggestion would be to get a bike.

Q: Hi, I need 9 size. when it will be available
Asked : May 30, 2017
By : Satish, Chicago
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: We currently are sold out of the size 9 and do not currently have any on order. If you are looking for a similarly priced skate we do currently have available in a size 9 check out the Bladerunner Advantage XT, Roces Dodge or the Rollerblade Zetrablade.

Q: My 11 year old grandson currently wears big boys size 7 rollerblades but they are feeling too tight. Looking at conversion charts, big boys size 7 appears to be men's size 7.5. His mother says he is still growing and suggested a mens size 8. Would this be appropriate for him?
Asked : Feb 14, 2017
By : Sue, Gilson, IL
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: Inline skates are going to fit the same as everyday shoe sizes. It sounds like the size 8 would be correct based on the size 7 being too tight. With kids feet when they are still growing it's not going to hurt to go a 1/2 size bigger but anymore than that may become too large and cause fit and performance issues.

Q: My 14 year old wants skates for the skate center... indoor... Are these for indoor or outdoor?
Asked : Dec 15, 2016
By : Penny, United States
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: These skates can be used indoor or outdoor and will work well for either. I would recommend only using them indoors though, and if you are using them indoors and outdoors you will want to have 2 sets of wheels. When you skate outdoors the wheels will pick up debris which can make them perform worse indoors.

Q: Are these fixed wheels or can they be changed out if necessary?
Asked : Dec 08, 2016
By : Duck71, Oswego il
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: The wheels are removable and can be replaced or rotated whenever you see fit. Please keep in mind the maximum wheel size is 78mm so you will want to make sure any wheels you replace the current ones with are 78mm or smaller.

Q: want to buy these for my son...hes 13 with size 11.5 foot. very wide feet. will this skate accomodate a wide foot?
Asked : Nov 03, 2016
By : Kate, United States
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: At this time no inline skate manufacturer makes a "wide" skate. You can accommodate for width by adding in a heel lift to the rear of the skate. This will pull the heel up and alleviate some side to side pressure in the boot. In some cases it's best to go up a half size to accommodate for the extra width.
